Kiloton Labs

KeyCadence support

For bugs, license-key problems or questions, email support@kilotonlabs.com. Pro buyers can also reply to their Gumroad receipt. Say which version of KeyCadence you use, your Windows version, what you did, and what you expected and saw.

Activating a license key

Paste the key into Options > License and click Activate. One key covers up to 3 of your own PCs. After activation Pro works offline. When the PC is online, KeyCadence re-checks the key with Gumroad about every 14 days.

Removing a license

Remove license in Options > License clears the license from this PC.

Lost key

Email support@kilotonlabs.com or reply to your Gumroad receipt, and include the email you bought with.

SmartScreen and Smart App Control

KeyCadence is not code-signed yet. SmartScreen may warn the first time you run it: click More info, then Run anyway.

If Smart App Control is on in Windows Security, Windows blocks unsigned apps and has no Run anyway option. Check with the free version before you buy.

Free limits

Free allows 10 scheduled sends per 6 hours, and saves 1 macro with 10 starts per 24 hours. Both limits count back from each use: a send counts for 6 hours from the moment it was made, and a start for 24 hours. When you reach a limit, KeyCadence shows the time the next send or start becomes available.

The auto-clicker, key-presser, hotkeys, dark and light mode and warning overlay have no limits. Window trigger and random extra delay are Pro only. A Pro key removes the Free limits in the same download.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying KeyCadence Pro, or within 14 days if you bought from the EU or the UK. Email support@kilotonlabs.com or reply to your Gumroad receipt, and include the email you bought with. Refunds are paid through Gumroad. A refunded key stops working the next time KeyCadence checks it with Gumroad, about every 14 days when the PC is online.
